Before we go any further, we want to say a huge thank you to the 1,000+ OwnerRez users who participated in our private beta. Your feedback, real-world testing, and suggestions have been instrumental in shaping Rezzy into what she is today.  💚

Here are the key dates:

📅 On Sunday, March 1, billing will begin at $9/property per month

That’s right, Rezzy will be completely free for the entire month of February! That makes it easy to turn on and use for an extended period to see how it works and become comfortable. Following that, starting March 1st, Rezzy will be available as a premium add-on for $9 per month per property, in addition to your normal OwnerRez subscription.

Rezzy is your new assistant for guest communication and daily operations, built directly into OwnerRez. Rezzy reads every incoming guest message across Airbnb, Vrbo, SMS, and more, and instantly gets to work:

When and how to start

Starting January 28, you’ll see Rezzy AI appear as a new menu button on your sidebar in your OwnerRez account. Once you have enabled Rezzy within your account, you’ll have access to:

  • Rezzy’s draft and auto-reply system
  • The new Tasks area
  • Property FAQs and Directives
  • The Rezzy Sandbox for testing and training

Pricing

Rezzy will be free throughout February, so you can fully test it with your real guests and properties. Beginning in March, Rezzy will be available as a $9/month/property add-on, similar to other OwnerRez premium features.

No long-term commitment! Turn it on when you want, turn it off if you don’t.
