Accurate property information (e.g., year built, square footage, etc.) builds credibility, helps guests find the right fit for their needs, improves search visibility, sets proper expectations, and justifies your nightly rates.
Accommodations
Configure your Property Accommodations by navigating to Properties → specific Property → Listing Content → Accommodations and clicking on the edit pencil icon for each section for the Shared Spaces.
On the Change Accommodations page, set your property types, year built, square footage, OwnerRez, listing channel (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo), and dining seating. Click Save.
Check and uncheck each of the Vehicles and Other Services items, and if available, add additional information by clicking on the Edit button to the right of the selected accommodation.
Accessibility
It is important to note that for all channel-integrated Airbnb properties that have set Accessibility Amenities, Airbnb requires at least one photo for each Accessibility Amenity. For more specific Airbnb information, see the Airbnb article for hosts, Adding Accessibility Features to Listings.
Users can add or remove Accessibility settings by navigating to Properties → the specific Property → Listing Content → Accommodations → Change → Accessibility.
Accessibility settings can and, if available, should be set for each Room. See also the Instructions to add Accessibility Amenities to Rooms.
It will take some time to run through and properly create rooms and associate photos with the correct rooms, but once you do it once, you're all set!
