OwnerRez has partnered with Vidle Housing to provide a channel integration that connects the two systems, allowing OwnerRez users to easily manage their listings and bookings on Vidle Housing. Since Vidle Housing is the merchant of record, you'll need to configure a request for your Vidle Housing guest to sign your Renter Agreement template and trigger if security deposits are enabled.
What is synchronized?
Vidle Housing syncs listing content, availability, and rates.
Note: Vidal Housing does not sync the tax configuration from your OwnerRez account, nor do they collect taxes for bookings.
Setup & Connect
To set up and connect Vidle Housing, navigate to Settings > Channel Management > Channel Integrations > + Connect a Channel > Connect Vidle Housing.
Complete the Payments, Booking Window & Duration, Channel Rules, Rate Adjustment, and Options sections, and Save.
1. Once saved, navigate to your Vidle Housing channel integration > Instructions tab, and copy your Vidle Housing Connection ID (which starts with "ora").
2. Then, on Vidle Housing, navigate to their Dashboard > Listings > Integrations > OwnerRez > Connect, and enter your Connection ID (starts with "ora") to complete your Vidle Housing connection (No need to contact the Vidle Housing team).
3. Follow the instructions on our Change Property Mappings support article to complete your Vidle Housing channel integration in OwnerRez.

Delist
- Contact Vidle Housing to delist. When you request that your properties be delisted, ensure you include your Vidle Housing OwnerRez and/or Vidle Housing Connection IDs.
- Once the Vidle Housing support team notifies you that you can disable this channel, you can do so in OwnerRez.
