The OwnerRez Quality Center is a consolidated dashboard designed to give hosts a centralized view of their property quality metrics. Rather than navigating across multiple sections of the platform, hosts can access review management, listing quality analysis, and guest sentiment analysis — all from a single location. This unified approach streamlines the process of monitoring and improving the overall quality of your listings.
The Quality Center is organized into distinct tabs, each serving a specific function. The Overview tab provides a high-level summary of your property's quality metrics, giving you an at-a-glance snapshot of performance. From there, hosts can dive deeper into specific areas using the dedicated tabs in the dashboard.
The Reviews tab centralizes your review management, allowing you to monitor guest feedback across your properties without leaving the Quality Center. The Analyzer tab houses the Listing Quality Analyzer, a tool that evaluates the strength and completeness of your listing content to help identify areas for improvement. These two tabs form the core of the Quality Center experience for all OwnerRez hosts.
For hosts with Rezzy AI enabled, the Quality Center includes an additional Sentiment tab. This feature leverages AI to analyze guest sentiment, providing deeper insights beyond standard review scores. Together, all four tabs — Overview, Reviews, Analyzer, and Sentiment — give Rezzy AI-enabled hosts a comprehensive, data-driven view of their property quality in one place.
