Less than 1 Week Left to Upgrade to PMv2!
Body
Hey [first name]!
We’re following up on our January 22nd communication regarding the required upgrade to PMv2. The February 28th deadline is now less than a week away, and it looks like your account is still on PMv1.
If you would like to revisit the previous announcements, you can review them below. They include detailed information about the upgrade process, key changes in PMv2, and a webinar replay with a walkthrough that may be especially helpful as you prepare to upgrade.

Two-Week Reminder:

We strongly recommend completing the upgrade on your timeline before the deadline. The upgrade process can take a few hours, and owner statements cannot be issued while it is running. Upgrading in advance gives you time to review your Statement Views and make any necessary adjustments, especially if you have customized payout logic or previously issued statements under PMv1.
If you were using one of the Standard Statement Views in PMv1, Owner Amounts, Owner Revenue, or Full Amounts, the upgrade process is typically straightforward and self-serve. Most users in this category are able to complete the upgrade without assistance.
If you were using customized Statements and would prefer to speak with someone before upgrading, you can schedule time with our team here.
Once your call is scheduled, we will upgrade your account within the 24 hours preceding the meeting. The upgrade runs in the background, and you can continue using OwnerRez as normal, except for issuing owner statements. This ensures that when you join the call, your account is already on PMv2 and our team can walk you through the changes directly.
Why Is This Upgrade Required?
PMv2 is not simply a feature update. It is a completely rebuilt Property Management foundation that resolves long-standing structural limitations and enables significant future enhancements.
Maintaining both PMv1 and PMv2 divides engineering and support resources, slows development, and limits our ability to deliver improvements quickly. To continue advancing the PM system and releasing new functionality at a faster pace, we must consolidate onto a single platform.
By moving all users to PMv2, we streamline development internally, improve system consistency, and create a stronger foundation for upcoming enhancements that were not possible under the legacy structure.
PMv1 will be retired after February 28th, and upgrading to PMv2 is required to continue using the Property Management system inside OwnerRez.
Ready to upgrade?
Inside your OwnerRez account, click PM on the sidebar, then at the top, you will see "Pending Upgrade," and if you click "Read about it now," you will be taken to the upgrade page.
