New Smart Reviews improvement now active in your account

Thank you for using Rezzy AI! We hope you are enjoying the additional automation and time savings she provides when communicating with your guests.

We wanted to let you know about an exciting new enhancement that has been added to your account.

Smart Reviews (formerly Automatic 5-Star Reviews) can now work together with Rezzy to evaluate guest sentiment before posting a review. If Rezzy detects negative guest sentiment during the stay or in post-stay communication, Smart Reviews can automatically skip leaving the review.

This helps prevent situations where a 5-star review is posted for a guest when the overall experience may not have gone well, giving you a little extra protection while still benefiting from automation.

What’s changed

A new option has been added under Bookings to Skip:

This setting is already enabled by default in your Smart Reviews settings.

This enhancement allows Smart Reviews and Rezzy AI to work together to help ensure reviews are only sent for positive guest experiences.
