Unlock smarter Smart Reviews with Rezzy AI

You are currently using Smart Reviews (formerly Automatic 5-Star Reviews) to automatically leave reviews for your guests. We’ve recently added an exciting enhancement that can make this automation even smarter.
We noticed that Rezzy AI is not currently enabled on your account. Did you know that in addition to helping automate guest messaging, Rezzy also provides Guest Sentiment Analysis for every booking?
Rezzy analyzes guest communication and interactions to help determine how a stay is progressing. We are excited to announce that this sentiment analysis can now work together with Smart Reviews.
With this new enhancement, Smart Reviews can automatically skip leaving a review if Rezzy detects negative guest sentiment. This helps prevent situations where a 5-star review might be left when the overall guest experience may not have gone well.
How to enable this feature
This capability requires Rezzy AI sentiment analysis. Once Rezzy AI is enabled, Smart Reviews will automatically gain a new option:
“The booking has negative sentiment”

After enabling Rezzy AI, you’ll find the setting under:

Go to:
Reviews > Host Reviews > Smart Reviews settings
This enhancement allows Smart Reviews and Rezzy AI to work together to help ensure reviews are only sent for positive guest experiences.
