Client changing from competitor

 

We're going to start a competitive switch program with a 30% discount for the rest of the contract term with the competitor. It won't be publicized, but if someone writes in and mentions that a competitor's contract lock-in is an obstacle, offer them that discount. Engagement can also offer more tailored discounts after speaking with them. The 30% for remainder of contract is the default offer for competitive switching.
