Sometimes, Rental Guardian will reach out to us and ask that we ban a user from damage protection. When Rental Guardian reaches out to us, we'll want to be sure to confirm with them if the user can keep the existing policies they've already paid for.
To ban them, go to their SA and click Setup > Remove DP:
You should get a pop-up that'll ask you to insert the reason (you can insert with Rental Guardian sent us for banning them). There's also a box to remove it from future bookings. If Rental Guardian says that the user can keep policies already purchased for existing bookings, you can leave that option unchecked. If you check it, it should remove the DP from future bookings in their account:
This won't place the tag on their SA about being banned. To place the tag, click Security in their SA and select the Ban DP option
