Engagement Team "Software Advice" (Gartner) Call Process

Step 1: Enter Client Details into the Sales Account tool

Note: Use SoftwareAdvice PPL as the Lead Source, and vacation_rental as the Lead Campaign
Also in the Attachment in the email is a spreadsheet.  Take the cost from that sheet and enter it in the Lead Cost field.

 

Step 2: Call the Client and record notes in the Sales Account

Step 3: Send Follow up email to client in Freshdesk

  1. Create a new ticket in Freshdesk and Use Ticket Template called:  Initial Call for Software Advice Leads / Received Voicemail 
    1. This will set all the fields properly in your ticket
  2. Compose email
  3. Set to a Followup of 3 days or a circle back to the demo date, so you can encourage them to attend the demo.

 

Here is a loom of how I used Correkt.ai to record the voicemail I left utilizing the win+H key in Windows.  I then have the AI summarize that call and used the context from the email to generate a reply to the client that is a bit more unique and human sounding then a flat macro.  And it didn't take me too much more time.
