ProConnect Queue Estimated Wait Time
As of 3/3/26, the estimated wait time for a new ProConnect client to be assigned to a team member is approx. 3 days. The timing is also assuming that the client has completed & returned all requested information - the JotForm.
Timing for ProTransfer service may be a longer wait as not all in Onboarding handle ProTransfers. Check with Jen/Tiffany on timing.
