Account Complete Checklist

Also known as the Keep Everything Neat 'KEN' Checklist, this list is used as a reference for quick inspections of an account to see if it is "finished":

  • General quickie inspection of an account during a support ticket when the account is obviously incomplete
  • Ticket request by a client "What else do I need to do?"
  • Send 3-5 items at a time, put the rest of the checklist as an internal note for "next steps" once the first ones are complete.
  • Note - this is not the QA checklist used for ProConnect jobs.

Properties:

Do their properties have photos?

If not, don't bother with the rest of this list.  Instead, suggest that they work through our General Setup Checklist:

Bookings:

Check Bookings List View for presence of full guest names and financials for channel bookings (Vrbo, Airbnb).  Make sure to click to make sure "Show All" to see past bookings not just future ones. This verifies that historical Channel Bridge has been run to pull in old info.

Cancellation Policy:

Make sure the Cancellation Policy is selected/entered in 4 different places:

  • Settings > Rules > Cancellation Policies

  • API Integrations, for every channel, under “Cancellation Policy.” Use the “Custom” OwnerRez established policy whenever possible.
  • Properties > Rules for each property - Use the OwnerRez policy when available.
