Also known as the Keep Everything Neat 'KEN' Checklist, this list is used as a reference for quick inspections of an account to see if it is "finished":
- General quickie inspection of an account during a support ticket when the account is obviously incomplete
- Ticket request by a client "What else do I need to do?"
- Send 3-5 items at a time, put the rest of the checklist as an internal note for "next steps" once the first ones are complete.
- Note - this is not the QA checklist used for ProConnect jobs.
