Recommended Partners

Definition:
  • Partner has signed agreements
  • Partner provides top-shelf rev share
  • Partner meets all technology requirements, including automated deposits
Current Recommended Partners:
  • Stripe
  • Lynnbrook
  • Worldline Bambora *
*Bambora does not meet the full definition because of deposits, but we've chosen to advertise them as being on this level while working on automating the deposits. We also need to rebrand the logo and name to "Worldline Bambora," which I believe Nick's work is already doing.  "Worldline" on its own is a different thing and confusing.

Integrated Partners

Requirements:
  • Partner has signed agreements
  • Partner provides an okay rev share (maybe not top-level, but satisfactory)
  • Partner does not meet all technology requirements (eg. no automated deposits)
Current Integrated Partners:
  • OpenEdge
  • Ascent
  • VRP (formerly Yapstone)
  • PayPal (regular vanilla login PayPal)

Supported Connections

Definition:
  • Partner has not signed agreements or rev share, but we have made the decision to build/support the connection because enough users have screamed for it.
  • It is not visible in our Payment Method > Add screen to users, but OR staff can see and start the connection for them
  • Support Center should have a doc about it, but it should not be in the main list, and the doc itself should have a top info block saying that we do not have a partnership with the company
  • tldr: It works, but we don't advertise or show it
Current Supported Connections:
  • Authorize.Net
  • Converge
  • Braintree
  • eProcessingNetwork
  • Payeezy
  • PayPal Payments Pro
  • Payflow Pro *
  • PlugNPay *
  • USA ePay *
*Needs to be rewritten to a native connection, so that InPay can be dumped.

Deprecated and Will Be Removed Completely

Definition:
  • Connections that are going to be completely removed from the UI (even for staff)
  • Even existing users who use these connections will be kicked off
Current Deprecated Connections that will be completely removed:
  • BridgePay *
  • Innovative Gateway *
  • NMC
  • PSiGate
  • Redsys
  • SecureNet
  • TrustCommerce
  • Sage
* Already gone. The others are still there, in red, for OR staff to connect if they want for now. But they will be removed soon completely.
