When a transaction declines, check the logs of said transaction. You may find a reason that you can identify with the following docs.

Release Emails from SA's

Occasionally we'll need to release emails from the system during team access invite troubleshooting/issues, 

if you know the account is no good, close the SA, setup / release email, try the invite again.
1. Navigate to the bad SA with the email to release, and ensure it is closed, if you don't see the pink buttons in these steps you likely don't have the appropriate access (Reach out to either Caleb or Bri for assistance)
2. Once the SA is closed, the pink buttons will update, under the "Setup" button you'll find a "Release email" button. 
3. Advise the client to re-attempt the invite.

Misc Info:

1. Channel bridge spins for 60 seconds, but if something goes critically wrong will never run for more than 15 minutes. This is a limitation with the google manifesto v3 per Chris office hours on 7/11

 

Whitelisting orez.io for Airbnb

 Airbnb will always show an external link warning when going to an external link. No way around that. Airbnb does not have a whitelist, and the links are not blocked. Users can add information in their templates to let guests know they will see this warning.
