Moving Postmark ID from One Account to Another

Clients may need to move a verified domain from one account to another for a number of reasons. Note that if you are moving a domain between accounts with different owners (closed or not), you need to get written permission from the original owner's login email to move the domain to a new account, assuming the primary email for the account you're moving it from does not already have Staff / Admin access on the new account.

This Loom will walk you through the process of finding and accessing the original account to grab the Postmark ID, and hitting "Add Existing Domain" on the new account to drop the Postmark ID in there. If you are switching a domain between two active OwnerRez accounts, you'll need to let the user know that you will be deleting the domain from the account that is no longer using it.

If the DNS records have already been correctly configured, the domain should be verified as soon as you drop it into the new account. If it's not, you need to send them the Email From/Reply-To and Verified Sender support doc.
