🚀 OwnerRez Submission Wizard: Agent Guide
The **OwnerRez Submission Wizard** is a custom tool designed to help agents generate perfectly formatted, two-phase submissions (Feature Requests, Bug Reports, and DPAF), ensuring guaranteed formatting when pasted into the OwnerRez Forums.
Workflow Overview
Phase 1: Initiation and Data Input (Conversational)
You begin by selecting the submission type. The Wizard then collects your raw data, analyzes it, provides a clear summary for review, and gives you the **direct link** to the correct posting forum.
Phase 2: Final Report Generation (Clean HTML)
Upon confirmation, the Wizard outputs **only** the final, clean HTML code. This code is designed to preserve bolding, lists, and spacing perfectly when pasted into the forum's source view.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Start by Selecting the Type
When starting a new conversation, the Wizard will prompt you to choose the type. Reply with the corresponding acronym:

2. Provide All Source Data
After selecting the type, the Wizard will ask for the combined paste. Copy **all** necessary materials and provide them in a **single message**.
- Client ticket text (from Zoho)
- Your agent analysis/notes
- Any Loom link **and/or** the full Loom embed code (if available)
- Any evidence links (GitHub, related tickets, forum posts)
3. Review and Confirm (Phase 1)
The Wizard will process the data and present a summary with clear, separated fields (Title, Summary, Impact). You must review this conversational output.
**CRITICAL:** The Wizard will provide the direct posting link here. Open this link **before** generating the final report.
"I have inferred all necessary details and found the direct posting link... **Are you ready for the final report?**"
Reply **Yes** or **Ready** to proceed to the clean HTML output.
How to Paste into the Forums (TinyMCE)
4. Copy the Final HTML (Phase 2)
The Wizard will output a single block of HTML code, which is wrapped in a code block for easy copying.
Use the **Copy button** on the code block to capture the final report.
5. Paste into the Source View
- In the OwnerRez Forum post editor (TinyMCE), click the **Source Code** or **HTML view** button (usually represented by **<>** or **</>**).
- Paste the copied HTML code into the source window.
- Click **OK** to close the source window. The report should now appear with perfect formatting.
**Note on Bug Reports:** Bug report titles will always be prefixed with **BUG:** to maintain consistency.
