Missing listing photos
Vrbo only supports push for rates and availability, so those are updated regularly similar to Airbnb.
Content is pulled by Vrbo once a day, so there will be a delay in the sync.
If the images don't sync correctly after a full sync, but they're in the feed, the problem is on the Vrbo side -- escalate to Vrbo support:

Property is connected to different a regional account, so new listing is created instead of connecting to existing one
Users might report that they have an existing listing on Vrbo, but when they API integrate, Vrbo might make a new listing for the property/properties. This seems to happen if they are integrating the API and for some reason, the property in question is in a different regional account. Upon integration, users can no longer have multiple regional accounts with the same email address..
