Effectively configuring your OwnerRez Stage account and populating it with detailed dummy data enables you to recreate and test settings and workflows without risking disruption to live accounts or bookings. OwnerRez encourages all team members to configure a full Stage account with all the bells and whistles turned on (integrate with QB sandbox, send SMS, connect to a test Airbnb account) and use that as best you can for testing and simulations.
Why do we recommend creating a Stage account? Using your OwnerRez Employee account has limitations because we've programmed in some limits for security purposes. For example, we don't want you testing staff access on it and then accidentally giving access to someone who can now see/impersonate your OwnerRez Employee account. That might be unlikely, but for these types of security rea4sons and more, all employee accounts have some hard limits.

Airbnb
Some already configured Airbnb accounts are bookable, while others are not. All Airbnb accounts require an invitation from Devs: https://github.com/ownerrez/orez/wiki/Testing-channel-bookings#airbnb.
Use the same login you use for the partner portal to create listings and sync them. If you need to make bookings, you'll need a second Airbnb account to use as the guest. Let Devs know, and they can set that up.
After you have received the invitation from Dev, follow these steps.- Accept the invitation
- Create your Airbnb Account at https://www.airbnb.com/partner
- Locate your Profile ID (Account > Profile > Number under your Profile). Your Profile ID is the last nine digits from the URL, e.g., https://www.airbnb.com/users/show/531984710.
- Send your Profile ID to Devs at dev@ownerrez.com or Sysops at sysops@ownerrez.com
QuickBooks
Create a QuickBooks account at https://sandbox.qbo.intuit.com/ and follow the Testing QuickBooks Integration wiki instructions.
