Grids
- You can copy a grid cell value in a Griddly grid (the green ones) by holding down
Ctrl + Cand right-clicking on the grid cell. - You can quickly open a grid row in a new tab one of two ways (without having to right-click> open in new tab). This method also generally works for links throughout the app:
- By clicking anywhere on the row with the middle mouse button
- By holding down
Ctrland left-clicking anywhere in the row.

Property Checkboxes
You can quickly select or deselect a range of property checkboxes by holding down Shift, clicking on one checkbox, and then checking on another checkbox. Both checkboxes and all of the checkboxes in between will be selected or deselected depending on the current state of the first checkbox you click:

Zoho Desk
Zoho Desk has many useful keyboard shortcuts you can use to move around quicker -- you can see all of the available shortcuts by clicking the keyboard icon in the Zoho Desk footer, or pressing Shift + ? (make sure you're not in an editor). If shortcuts don't work, go to Preferences and make sure that "Keyboard shortcuts" is turned on.
Here are a few of the most common ones:

Clipboard History
Ctrl + V lets you paste the last thing you pasted, but Windows also has a way to track multiple items on the clipboard at once and let you pick one. And then press ⊞ Win key + V to view your last 25 items on the clipboard and pick the one to paste.

Grouping Tabs Together
If you tend to have many tabs open you can group them together to keep them organized. Just right-click on one tab > Add tab to group > create new group > name the group. You can then add tabs by right-clicking or drag/drop into that group.
