- New ProConnect client will come in - Linda will alert you
- Add you and Jen as a watcher to ticket

- Save to computer as ProConnect *client name* & *date*

- Create Job
- Go into the ticket - should look like this:
- Go to client SA
- Setup > Create ProServices Job
- ProConnect Template 1
- Waiting to be signed
- Show status bar
- No Linked invoice
- Add property count
- Save Job
- Setup > Create ProServices Job
- Go into the ticket - should look like this:
- Create Invoice
- Impersonate account
- Go to billing > Add invoice
- Click “Not due to be paid yet”
- Make sure ‘Do not automatically pay this invoice” is selected
- Add property count
- Link the job you just created
- Type - ProConnect (ProConnect Service for XX properties)
- Add amount
For 3+ jobs
- Once DocuSign has been sent, send email to the client letting them know that the DocuSign has been sent.
- Macro is [ProConnect - CSE] Docusign Sent
- Submit as Pending > Keep Linda as Agent
- Add internal note @linda with how many properties or if it is a property add-on
- Once it's signed - Edit the job
- Vicky will send me the signed contract > Upload file
- Go back into the job and change status to Queued > Save
- Alert Linda that a new PC has signed - She will send JotForm and spreadsheet
- Once the client has returned the JotForm and the job has been marked as "Ready to Start" > Assign the job to CSE
- Go to Billing > Edit Invoice
- Remove "Not Due to be Paid Yet"
- Change invoiced date to today's date
- Select "Send this invoice to the user via email"
- Make sure property count is correct
- Go back into the Job and change status to "In Progress"
- Assign to CSE
