Airbnb Top-Rated Guest Discount Supports Discount Stacking

Last week, we shared Airbnb’s new Top-Rated Guest Discount and the $5 OwnerRez credit available for each eligible listing.
We wanted to let you know that the Top-Rated Guest Discount can stack with other eligible discounts in OwnerRez, including:
- Early Booking (EB)
- Last Minute (LM)
- Length of Stay (LOS)
This means you can offer Airbnb’s Top-Rated Guest Discount alongside your existing promotional discounts where appropriate, helping you stay competitive without changing your current discount strategy.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Mobile and Top-Rated Guest discounts can stack together.
- EB/LM discounts can also stack with LOS discounts.
- Standing and seasonal discounts of the same type still do not stack with each other (for example, two Last Minute discounts won’t combine). Only the most favorable discount of the same type will apply.
To encourage early adoption, we’re offering a $5 OwnerRez billing credit for every eligible listing where you enable the Top-Rated Guest Discount and keep it enabled through July 31, 2026.
Why enable it?
According to Airbnb’s pilot program, listings offering the discount saw approximately:
- 5% higher gross booking value
- 6% more nights booked
- 15% higher chance of receiving a booking from a top-rated guest
Individual results will vary, but it’s an easy way to make your listing more attractive to highly rated guests.
How to enable it in OwnerRez
1. Go to Settings > Discounts > Create Discount > Highly Rated Guest (Airbnb)
2. Select the criteria you'd like
3. Click Save
That’s it!
To qualify for the OwnerRez billing credit, simply keep the discount enabled on your eligible listing(s) through July 31, 2026.
