Adding multiple templates with different field codes and content can be time-consuming and confusing, but you can copy your existing Email, Channel, and SMS templates to create duplicates and edit them with the necessary settings. Copying existing templates is an excellent way to start configuring multiple templates with various field codes, content, and triggers.
In the Templates grid, click on an existing template dropdown list and select "Copy to New..." to automatically generate a copy.
Your copied template Description field will include a "Copy of" prefix, but you can easily edit that field and others.
