The Repeat Guests Report lists guests who have booked more than once, and displays their names, email addresses, and previous stay details (e.g., dates, number of bookings, total amounts), making it easy to identify and reward repeat guests with special offers, helping hosts target loyal guests with special offers or personalized outreach.
Create your Repeat Guests report by navigating to Reports > Analysis and Statistics > Repeat Guests, selecting from the following options, and clicking Run Report.
- Properties (Active and/or Disabled)
- Date range
- Property Tags
- Include Match all selected tags checkbox
- Overlapping stays (e.g., Exclude (default), Include, Only)
Users can choose to Print or Export (and save) the completed Repeat Guests Report. See the Repeat Guests Report PDF Example.
Summary calculations include the following.
- Bookings: Number of bookings (including the first booking) made by "repeat" guests.
- Amount: Amount of money the repeat bookings generated (total amount, no fees, etc., included). If you exclude overlapping bookings (e.g., the guest booked two properties at the same time), the count will include them only once.
- Total: Total number of bookings, and total amount of income from those bookings, over the time period.
- Rate: The "repeat" column divided by the "total" column. 257 / 3164 = 0.0812 or 8.12%. 3858251464.99 / 47221899785.94 = 0.0817 or 8.17%.
- Sitewide Rate: The total approximate rate for ALL of OwnerRez, so you can compare it to your personal rate. It isn't set by anything you specify, but is pulled from our own aggregated data.
