We previously notified you on May 12 about the upcoming transition from Legacy PayPal. This is a final reminder before Legacy PayPal connections are automatically disabled on June 15, 2026.
Below is a resend of the message that was sent on May 12th.
Back in December, we released a new version of our PayPal connection. You can read more about that here:
New PayPal Integration with Venmo and Pay Later
This new version supports our latest Guest Forms experience, along with other modern payment improvements that are not compatible with the Legacy setup.
As part of our continued platform improvements, we are transitioning users away from the older Legacy PayPal integration and onto the newer connection experience. We strongly recommend completing this upgrade before June 1st to avoid potential interruption to automated guest payments.
We reviewed your account and determined that one or more of your properties currently rely on the Legacy PayPal payment method for automated guest payments.
The good news is that this is an in-place, like-for-like replacement and typically takes less than 5 minutes to complete.
