HopySuite simplifies guest communication with owners on a single platform that integrates with WhatsApp. It helps manage check-in, check-out, and requests from arrival to departure, supporting clear communication and a smooth experience for guests.
Steps for Integration

1. To integrate OwnerRez, our team needs to activate your HopySuite account and your dedicated subdomain.
- If you haven't already done so, contact them at support@hopysuite.com
- Or request a demo from this page at https://hopysuite.com/index.php/book-a-demo/
2. Connection via OAuth
- The integration uses an already configured official HopySuite OAuth app.
- There's no need to enter technical credentials or create apps on OwnerRez.
👉 This means you don't need to enter a Client ID or Client Secret.
3. How to connect OwnerRez to HopySuite
- Log in to HopySuite.
- Go to Settings → Integrations → OwnerRez.
- Click "Connect OwnerRez."
- Log in to OwnerRez and authorize access.
- Once completed, you'll be automatically returned to HopySuite, and the connection will be active immediately.
4. Connection management
From the integration page, you can view your Integration Status
✔️ Connected — active connection
⚠️ Disabled — integration temporarily inactive
ℹ️ Missing token — a new connection is required
Available Actions
- Toggle the integration
- Reset connection (removes the token and requires a new OAuth flow)
5. Technical operation
HopySuite automatically saves the access token. Cron jobs always use the token present in the integration configuration.
- There's no need to manage periodic expirations.
- If the token isn't available, HopySuite requests reauthorization via OAuth.

What Data is Transmitted
HopySuite imports only the data necessary for the integration to work.
- Bookings: ID, status, arrival/departure dates, booking date, last modification, cancellation (if applicable), amount and currency, number of guests, check-in/check-out times, notes, listing site, and property ID.
- Guests: First name, last name, primary email address, phone number, and country (if applicable).
- Owners: First name, last name, email address, phone number, and address.
- Properties: ID, owner ID, full address, contact information, number of guests, rooms and bathrooms, check-in/check-out times, active/inactive status, currency, thumbnails, and essential data for publishing on the Booking Engine.
