MyROI provides investor-oriented insights into Short-Term Rental performance, profitability, and ROI in easy-to-grasp charts, tables, and AI-powered analysis.
Charts and Tables display Revenue, Occupancy, ADR, Booking Windows monthly and annually. Search rankings on AirBNB and Vrbo track property visibility during guest searches. Booking & Property data update from OwnerRez via real-time webhooks. Includes advanced metrics like ROI, Cap Ratio, LTV, Loan payoffs, and Cap Gains.
Steps for Integration
1. Create an account at https://myroi.online. Watch for the registration email and follow the instructions
2. Log in to https://myroi.online
3. Navigate to SETUP
4. Click CONNECT to connect MyROI to your OwnerRez account
5. Click Authorize MyROI
6. Click NEXT
7. Click the checkbox next to each property you want to track, then click NEXT
8. Wait for historical property data to sync
9. [OPTIONAL] For each property, enter the Purchase, Mortgage, and Expense information, then click NEXT. This step is optional. If you enter it, we can provide you with advanced financial metrics such as ROI and mortgage analysis. If you don’t provide it, you still get the majority of the functionality: Revenue, Occupancy, ADR, and Booking Window Charts, Reports, and Analysis.
10. When complete, click NEXT to go to the main Dashboard
11. From the Dashboard, you can access the Performance Metrics for all properties
