We’ve recently made a new feature available to eligible Airbnb-connected users called Optimize for Airbnb.
According to Airbnb data from a recent pilot, listings that opted into Optimize for Airbnb opportunities had, on average, approximately 60% more nights occupied by Airbnb guests than similar listings that did not opt in.

Offer Airbnb exclusive nights through the Optimize for Airbnb feature between July 1, 2026 and September 30, 2026 and receive a 1% rebate off your payout on qualifying bookings. Terms and conditions apply.
How It Works
- Accept at least one Optimize for Airbnb opportunity window during the promotion period.
- During selected dates, your listing will remain available on Airbnb and your direct booking website only.
- Other channels will be automatically blocked for those dates.
- You can opt in or out at any time.
To see if your listings are eligible, navigate to:
Settings > Channel Integrations > Airbnb > Optimize for Airbnb
There, you’ll be able to view available opportunities, activate offers, exclude specific dates, or deactivate participation at any time. Take a look at our support doc here to learn more.
