PikPakGo is a travel marketplace that brings hotels, villas, vacation rentals, and travel services into one place. With a single AI-powered search, guests plan their whole trip, including stays, flights, cars, and experiences, and they see the full price up front. For property managers and owners, that means your listings can reach travelers who are already planning a trip and ready to book.
What is synchronized?
This full-booking integration syncs listing content, property details, rates, availability, reservations, guest information, and cancellation updates. PikPakGo will send you bookings with full charge details. Since PikPakGo is the merchant of record, no credit card details will be included in this integration.
Setup
In OwnerRez, navigate to Settings > Channel Management > Channel Integrations > + Connect a Channel > Connect PikPakGo.
Configure your PikPakGo Payments, Booking Window & Duration, and Channel Rules.
Choose from the Rental Agreement Example options (such as Auto-generate or Use a specific file), add a Rate Adjustment if desired, complete the map Options section, and then Save.
Once you save, contact support@pikpakgo.com with your OwnerRez Connect ID (ex. ora1abcd2efgh) to complete the final review and activation.
Since PikPakGo is the merchant of record, you'll need to configure a request for your PikPakGo guest to sign your Rental Agreement template and trigger if security deposits are enabled.
After connecting your property to PikPakGo, you must map your properties in OwnerRez by navigating to Settings > your PikPakGo integration > Properties tab > Change Property Mappings. Make sure that you've checked the Included? Checkboxes for each property, then click Save.

Delist
If you would like to delist your properties from PikPakGo, contact support and request that your properties be delisted. Once their support team notifies you that you can disable this channel, you can do so inside OwnerRez.
