We’re reaching out because your OwnerRez account is currently connected to USAePay, an older payment integration we’re retiring as part of our ongoing payment security and PCI compliance efforts.
Action Required: Switch Payment Processors by November 30, 2026
As of October 16, 2026, new connections to USAePay are no longer available in OwnerRez. Beginning November 30, 2026, existing connections will no longer be able to process new payments or security deposits.
To avoid interruptions to your business, you’ll need to switch to a supported payment processor before that date.
Why is this happening?
Protecting your guests’ payment information is a top priority. As payment security standards evolve, we’re updating our integrations to ensure OwnerRez continues to meet PCI compliance requirements and maintain a secure payment environment.
As part of these efforts, we’re retiring older payment integrations and focusing on partners that support our ongoing security and compliance needs.
What do you need to do?
Before November 30, please:
- Connect a supported payment processor to your OwnerRez account.
- Assign the new processor to the appropriate properties and review your payment settings.
- Review upcoming bookings to ensure scheduled payments and security deposits are configured correctly.
Which payment processor should you choose?
OwnerRez supports several payment processors and gateways. You can view the full list here. Availability depends on your business location, banking requirements, and supported currencies.
U.S.-Based Businesses: Lynnbrook Group (Recommended)
