The Availability Gaps report highlights the number of open nights immediately before or after bookings, helping hosts spot short gaps that are hard to fill or worth blocking off, so they can quickly identify gaps in their calendar and decide whether to adjust pricing or availability.
Create your Availability Gaps report by navigating to Reports > Analysis and Statistics > Availability Gaps, selecting the following options, and clicking Run Report.
- Properties (Active and/or Disabled)
- Date range
- Property Tags
- Include Match all selected tags checkbox
- Listing Sites
- Gap between the number of nights and the number of nights (optional)
Users can choose to Print or Export (and save) the completed Availability Gaps Report. See the Availability Gaps Report PDF Example.
