Back in December, we released a new version of our PayPal connection. You can read more about that here:

This new version supports our latest Guest Forms experience, along with other modern payment improvements that are not compatible with the Legacy setup.
PayPal has indicated they will be removing support for the Legacy integration in the near future, so we’re proactively helping users transition away from the older integration.
We reviewed your account and confirmed that all active properties already have active credit card payment methods configured, so guests can continue booking and paying without interruption. We have disabled the legacy PayPal payment method inside your account.
