Inquiry/Booking Volume

The Inquiry/Booking Volume report tracks inquiries and bookings that you have received from individual sources over time and across years, so you can spot seasonal patterns, measure growth, and make confident decisions about pricing, staffing, and marketing strategies.

Create your Inquiry/Booking Volume report by navigating to Reports > Analysis and Statistics > Booking Statistics > Inquiry/Booking Volume, selecting from the following options, and clicking Run Report.

  • Properties (Active and/or Disabled)
  • Date range
  • Property Tags
    • Match all selected tags
  • Listing Sites
  • Date Filter
    • Use inquiry/booked date (default)
    • Use dates of stay
  • Include
    • Include direct inquiries and bookings (those with no listing site) (default)
    • Include inquiries with unknown property or dates (default)
    • Include pending bookings (default)
    • Include canceled bookings
    • Exclude listing sites with zero results (default)
  • Compare with the previous (e.g., Same year, Year before, 2-5 years before)
    • Display absolute values
    • Display relative values or the amount of change between periods
  • Group by (e.g., Listing Site (default), Month, Owner, Property, Property Status (Active/Disabled), Quarter, Week, Year)
  • Columns (e.g., Month (default), None, Listing Site, Owner, Property, Property Status (Active/Disabled), Quarter, Week, Year)
  • Summary Field (e.g., Inquiries (default), Total, Bookings)

Create your Inquiry/Booking Volume report by navigating to Reports > Analysis and Statistics > Booking Statistics > Inquiry/Booking Volume, selecting from the following options, and clicking Run Report.
