What happened:
We recently implemented improvements to our Portal Sites with custom domains, providing better performance, security, and certificate management. As part of that improvement, Portal Sites with unreachable DNS settings will be automatically deactivated.
We noticed you have a branded Portal Site configured in OwnerRez, but your DNS records are non-standard. Your branded portal site is currently working, but it will break when we implement our upgrade.
What to do:
Please update your DNS records now to avoid interruption to your portal site. You can correct your DNS settings by following the instructions in our Branded Portal Setup support article.
