The Owner Remittance Summary report breaks down each owner's rental payouts for a selected period, giving hosts a clear view of their owner payouts.
Navigate to PM > Reports > Owner Remittance Summary (or Reports > Property Management > Owner Remittance Summary), selecting from the following options, and clicking Run Report.
- Owners
- Date range
- Property Tags
- Match all selected tags
- Group By (e.g., Owner (default), Month, Quarter, Week, Year)
- Columns (e.g., Month (default), Owner, Quarter, Week, Year)
- Compare with the previous (e.g., Same year, Year before, 2-5 years before)
- Display absolute values
- Display relative values or the amount of change between periods
- Summary Field (e.g., Total (default), Bookings, Expenses)
Users can choose to Print or Export (and save) the completed Owner Remittance Summary Report. See the Owner Remittance Summary Report PDF Example.
