The Owner Statement Bookings Remittance report contains owner booking and expense totals for owner remittances over a period, making it useful for end-of-year reporting.
Navigate to PM > Reports > Owner Statement Bookings Remittance (or Reports > Property Management > Owner Statement Bookings Remittance), selecting from the following options, and clicking Run Report.
- Active and/or Disabled Properties
- Owners
- Date range
- Property Tags
- Match all selected tags
- Group By (e.g., Owner (default), Month, Property, Property Status (Active/Disabled), Quarter, Week, Year)
- Show empty groups
