Homesberg is a search-aware dynamic pricing tool for Airbnb hosts. Unlike traditional revenue management tools that treat pricing and search ranking as separate problems, Homesberg treats them as one: your Airbnb ranking changes within seconds of a price change, so you can adjust your price and check your ranking in the same loop — closing the feedback cycle needed to keep your listing in the position you want, rather than just what the market will bear.

With Homesberg connected to OwnerRez, you get:

Note: Homesberg requires an active, Airbnb-connected listing. If you don't have one, Homesberg won't work for that property.

Steps for integration

1. Log in or register for a Homesberg account at app.homesberg.com.

2. Select Ownerez from the Connections page.

3. Connect your OwnerRez account to Homesberg via OAuth. Homesberg will automatically pull in all of your Airbnb-connected listings — there's no need to add properties manually.

4. Your all listings will appear in Homesberg. From here, you can enable Homesberg's services for each listing by clicking on the Adjust button.

5. Turn on the ranking toggle to see your Airbnb ranking positions.

6. If you want automated dynamic pricing, toggle on pricing tools and enter your minimum and base prices.

7. Click Save & Preview to see the changes reflected on your Homesberg calendar.

8. Once everything looks right, click Sync to push prices to OwnerRez.
