The Listing Site Performance report tracks inquiries to booking conversions from individual listing sites over time, so you can spot seasonal patterns, measure growth, and make confident decisions about pricing, staffing, and marketing strategies.
Create your Listing Site Performance report by navigating to Reports > Analysis and Statistics > Booking Statistics > Listing Site Performance, selecting from the following options, and clicking Run Report.
- Properties (Active and/or Disabled)
- Date range
- Property Tags
- Match all selected tags
- Listing Sites
- Include
- Include direct inquiries and bookings (those with no listing site) (default)
- Include inquiries with unknown property or dates (default)
- Include pending bookings (default)
- Include canceled bookings
- Period Filter
- Use inquiry/booked date (default)
- Use dates of stay
