While the Quality Center is a consolidated dashboard that gives hosts a high-level centralized view of their property quality metrics, the Actions Menu in individual channel integrations lets you view individual property listing statuses, preview rates, and request a full sync after modifying your property listing.
Not all options are available in every channel integration, but all available Actions Menu options are covered in this support article.
Preview Rates
Preview Rates displays a rate breakdown for your property as it appears on that specific channel integration—for example, how your nightly rates appear on Airbnb or Vrbo. Use this to verify that your rates are being sent to the channel correctly.
On the channel integration Properties tab > Actions dropdown list, select Preview Rates.
In the second dropdown list, hosts can select specific channel integrations to view their nightly rates.
Request Full Sync
Triggering a full sync for your channel integration (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo) immediately updates all property changes (rates, availability, rules, discounts) across listing channels after you modify your listing, ensuring prompt synchronization.
When you trigger a full channel integration sync, the sync shows the Collecting Changes status and additional information about the property details being synced.
To stop the sync, open the Actions menu and choose Sync Now (Stop Collecting Changes).
Check Status
Check Status lets you view the current listing status of your property on that channel integration. The available status details vary by channel integration.
New Listing Discount
New Listing discounts help set your new listing up for success by increasing your visibility in search results. Some channel integrations allow you to configure a new listing discount from the Actions Menu.
