Last fall, Airbnb retired the Strict 14 cancellation policy. While some hosts were allowed to keep Strict 14 on existing listings, Airbnb no longer permits this policy for many listings and has begun rejecting updates that reference it.

As a result, affected listings may display an "Invalid cancellation policy" error and be unable to sync updates successfully with Airbnb.

What We Did

To prevent listings from remaining in an error state, we automatically updated any affected listings from Strict 14 to Limited, Airbnb's closest available replacement policy.

This change was necessary because Airbnb no longer accepts Strict 14 for these listings, and OwnerRez cannot override Airbnb's policy requirements.
