STR Desk is a SaaS platform that automatically syncs OwnerRez data into CRM and productivity tools. It supports four destinations: Lead Connector (GoHighLevel), Monday.com, Airtable, and Notion.
Data stays current via real-time OwnerRez webhooks and a daily reconciliation pass. No manual intervention is required after the initial setup.

Steps for integration
OAuth is the supported method for connecting OwnerRez to STR Desk. Personal Access Tokens (PAT) are available as a fallback for users connecting their own account for personal use.
1. Create an account at app.strdesk.com.
2. On the Connect page, select OwnerRez as the source.
3. Open the OwnerRez connection panel and select the OAuth option. Your browser will open the OwnerRez authorization page — click Authorize STR Desk to grant access.
Once authorized, the OwnerRez node appears on the canvas, and the connection is confirmed.
Note: Webhooks are registered automatically when you connect via OAuth. No manual webhook configuration is needed in OwnerRez.
Connecting a Destination
After OwnerRez is connected, select a destination node on the canvas and connect it to the node. Each destination uses its own authentication method.
| Destination | Authentication | Notes |
| Lead Connector (GoHighLevel) |
Personal Access Token + Location ID |
Both fields are required |
| Monday.com |
Personal Access Token only |
|
| Airtable |
OAuth (recommended) or Personal Access Token |
|
| Notion |
OAuth only |
For step-by-step instructions for each destination, refer to the destination connection guides on STR Desk.
Starting a Sync
Once both the source (OwnerRez) and destination are connected:
- Click Start Sync on the destination node.
- A modal opens where you select which properties to include and set the backfill duration (how far back to pull historical data).
- Confirm your selection. A progress modal will show schema creation and the initial data load. This typically takes a few minutes, depending on the number of properties and reservations.
- Once the initial sync completes, data stays in sync automatically going forward.
How Sync Works
STR Desk uses OwnerRez webhooks to receive real-time updates whenever a reservation is created, modified, or canceled. A daily reconciliation job runs as a secondary pass to catch anything that may have been missed.
Historical backfill on paid plans covers up to 2 years back from the date of connection. A 30-day backfill applies during the trial period.
Running Multiple Destinations
Multiple destinations can be connected to a single OwnerRez account simultaneously. Each destination maintains its own sync state and schema. You can connect OwnerRez to Lead Connector, Monday.com, Airtable, and Notion at the same time — each will receive updates independently.
Notes and Requirements
- An active OwnerRez account is required.
- A STR Desk account is required. A 7-day trial is available at app.strdesk.com.
- Lead Connector (GoHighLevel) users must provide both a Personal Access Token and a Location ID; both fields are required.
- OAuth is the recommended and supported connection method for public integrations. PAT access is available for users connecting their own account.
- Webhooks are registered automatically on OAuth connect. No manual setup is needed in OwnerRez.

What Data is Transmitted
The data synced depends on which destination you connect to. Reservations are linked to their property; reviews are linked to their reservation.

| Lead Connector (GoHighLevel) | Yes | Yes | Yes | No |
| Monday.com | Yes | Yes | Yes | No |
