Rinsebase is a software your cleaning company can use to run short-term rental turnovers. Connect your OwnerRez once, and every booking becomes a scheduled clean — timed to your guest's checkout, with no manual calendar entry.
About Rinsebase
Rinsebase is used by your cleaning company: they are the Rinsebase customer. You — the OwnerRez host or property manager — are their client. This is different from most integrations, where you'd connect a tool to your own account.
Your part is a one-time connect, so your cleaning company can see your checkouts. From there, they schedule the crews and run the cleans. You never manage anything in Rinsebase on a day-to-day basis.
Every booking on a shared listing becomes a scheduled clean at checkout and is kept in sync as bookings change or are canceled.
Steps for integration
1. Your cleaning company sends you an invitation from Rinsebase.
From their Rinsebase account, your cleaning company adds you as a client and sends a “Connect your calendar” invite via email or link.
2. Open the invite and choose “Connect with OwnerRez.”
The invite opens a secure connect page. Pick Connect with OwnerRez.
3. Sign in to OwnerRez and authorize.
You're taken to OwnerRez's standard authorization screen. Sign in and click Authorize to grant read-only access.
4. Choose which listings to share.
Select the properties this cleaning company handles. You can share only some listings and use different cleaners for different properties — sharing is per listing.
5. You're done.
You'll see a confirmation and can close the window. Rinsebase imports the selected properties, schedules a clean for each upcoming checkout, and keeps everything current automatically.
What Data is Transmitted
Reservations flow from OwnerRez into Rinsebase, and Rinsebase turns each one into a clean.| Data | Purpose in Rinsebase |
| Properties | A property record the crew is dispatched to |
| Bookings | A reservation, plus an autoscheduled clean timed to checkout |
| OwnerRez Account email | A label so your cleaning company knows which account is connected |
Managing & Disconnecting
- Change what's shared anytime — add or remove listings for a cleaning company whenever your portfolio changes; new listings you share sync automatically.
- Disconnect from Rinsebase — from your Rinsebase portal, you can disconnect a single listing or the whole account. Cleans within the next two weeks are kept (crew and supplies are already committed); anything further out is released.
- Or revoke from OwnerRez — remove Rinsebase from your OwnerRez account, and the connection deactivates immediately, on the spot.
- Many hosts, no crossover — a cleaning company can hold a separate connection for each host they serve, and no data ever crosses between them.
