Foxhole was built by veterans who understand the realities of military life, supporting Permanent Change of Station (PCS) moves and Temporary Duty (TDY). Foxhole is a trusted lodging platform created for active duty service members, veterans, and their families. Whether traveling for official orders, training, PCS moves, or well-earned time off, Foxhole connects the military community with reliable, vetted places to stay around the country.
By pairing military guests with hosts who genuinely want to support those who serve, Foxhole saves time, reduces stress, and makes travel more affordable, so the military community can focus on what matters most.

Setup
For full instructions on Foxhole, see their OwnerRez Support Guide.
Create your account at stayfoxhole.com/sign-up, then set up your host account using your company name.
In OwnerRez, navigate to Settings > Channel Management > Channel Integrations > + Connect a Channel > Connect Foxhole.
Configure your Foxhole Payments, Booking Window & Duration, and Channel Rules.
Choose from the Rental Agreement Example options (such as Auto-generate or Use a specific file), add a Rate Adjustment if desired, complete the map Options section, and then Save.
Once you save, your Account ID will be displayed on the Instructions tab.
In Foxhole, complete the following tasks.
- Open Settings, then Payouts, and choose Set up payouts. That is how your booking funds reach your bank, and a listing cannot be published without them.
- Your listings arrive as unpublished drafts. Review them, then choose Publish on each one.
Since Foxhole is the merchant of record, you'll need to configure a request for your Foxhole guest to sign your Rental Agreement template and trigger if security deposits are enabled.
After connecting your property to Foxhole, you must map your properties in OwnerRez by navigating to Settings > your Foxhole integration > Properties tab > Change Property Mappings. Make sure that you've checked the Included? checkboxes for each property and click Save.
