Airbnb recently added support for managing seasonal cancellation policies through their API, and OwnerRez will begin supporting this functionality on July 15, 2026.
Because you already have seasonal cancellation policies configured in Airbnb, we wanted to give you advance notice before this feature is enabled. This gives you time to review and recreate any existing Airbnb seasonal cancellation policies in OwnerRez before OwnerRez begins managing them.
What you need to know
- Beginning July 15, 2026, OwnerRez will assume control of Airbnb seasonal cancellation policies for your account.
- Any seasonal cancellation policies currently configured only in Airbnb must be recreated in OwnerRez before July 15 if you wish to continue using them.
- As soon as you configure seasonal cancellation policies in OwnerRez, we will begin pushing those settings to Airbnb.
- After July 15, OwnerRez will become the source of truth for these settings.
We recommend reviewing your setup before July 15 to ensure your policies are configured as you want in OwnerRez.
