The connection process is managed primarily by Meta and can vary depending on your existing WhatsApp, Facebook, and Meta Business configurations. Because of this, there are multiple connection paths and not every option is available to every user. The support article explains the available connection methods, requirements, and common troubleshooting steps.
A few important things to know before you begin:
- WhatsApp templates and automated messaging are not yet supported in OwnerRez.
- Rezzy AI can respond to WhatsApp conversations through the OwnerRez Inbox.
- After connecting, Meta will typically place your account under review before messaging becomes available. This process commonly takes 12–24 hours.
- Some users may be required by Meta to configure payment information, tax information, currency, or time zone settings before messaging can be used.
- Meta may temporarily restrict accounts during the connection process. If that occurs, Meta's review process may take additional time.
- While OwnerRez does not charge for the integration, Meta may apply its own WhatsApp Business fees.
This is a private beta, and both the integration and Meta's connection flow are still being actively evaluated. If you encounter issues, please contact OwnerRez support with screenshots and a description of what occurred. We'll help determine whether the issue is within OwnerRez or needs to be addressed with Meta.
