Booklogica Calendar Sync provides a fast and reliable way to bring your OwnerRez bookings directly into Google Calendar. Designed for hosts who rely on Google Calendar in their daily workflow, Booklogica creates a seamless connection that keeps your reservations organized, visible, and always up to date.
With real‑time syncing, automatic updates, and support for both unified and per‑property calendars, Booklogica makes it easy to manage your schedule across all devices — without replacing or interfering with OwnerRez’s own calendar tools. It simply adds a convenient, familiar view of your reservations inside Google Calendar, working alongside your existing OwnerRez workflow.
Unlike traditional iCal feeds or generic third‑party connectors, Booklogica uses a native Google Cloud–based sync engine with secure, high‑performance infrastructure — delivering near real‑time updates you can trust. Your connection to Booklogica Calendar Sync is secured through a Google‑verified OAuth application, ensuring a trusted and compliant integration with your Google account.
Steps for Integration
1. Booklogica offers a fully self‑service onboarding with a free trial. To get started, visit https://booklogica.com/onboarding/ownerrez/start. Enter your email for verification and check your email.
2. A verification email will be sent to you immediately. Click the button in the email to start your onboarding process (your email will be pre-filled; choose your preferred client name).
3. You will receive an email containing the three setup steps to finalize your onboarding.
4. Click “Connect OwnerRez” in the email to open the OwnerRez OAuth authorization screen.
5. Click Authorize Booklogica Calendar Sync to grant access. This step typically takes about 20 seconds. After authorization, you will see a success message and can proceed to the next step.
6. Click “Connect Google Calendar” in the email, then select the Google (Gmail) account where you want your OwnerRez bookings to sync. This step typically takes about 20 seconds.

9. Make sure you have already created the Google Calendars you want to sync your OwnerRez bookings into. Choose your preferred color for each calendar. We recommend creating:
- One unified calendar (for example, named “Multi”), which will contain all OwnerRez bookings for a full multi‑property overview.
- One calendar per property (or grouped calendars if you manage many properties).
- Give each calendar a clear, recognizable name — for example: “Apartment Sunshine”.
10. Click “Start Onboarding” in the email to select your OwnerRez properties and Google Calendars. If you have already completed Steps 1 and 2, click Next.
11. Select the calendars you created earlier and map each OwnerRez property to the appropriate Google Calendar. This step typically takes 1–2 minutes.
12. When finished, click Save Mapping.
You've completed the Booklogica integration process, and your bookings will sync shortly. Bookings usually appear in your Google Calendar within a few minutes, depending on the number of reservations syncing.

What Data is Transmitted
Booklogica uses OwnerRez Webhooks for real‑time updates and the OwnerRez API to keep your Google Calendars accurate and up to date.
By default, Booklogica uses Soft Daily Repair via the API.
This means:
- If you accidentally delete a booking in Google Calendar, it will be recreated automatically (typically within 24 hours).
- Soft mode respects your manually added notes inside Google Calendar events.
If you prefer a stricter approach, we also offer Strict Mode, where OwnerRez is the source of truth and your Google Calendar acts as a mirror. In Strict Mode, any personal notes added to booking events may be overwritten during the daily repair.

- Blocked and unblocked dates
- Guest information and guest counts (including pets)

This integration is a one‑way, near-real-time sync from OwnerRez → Google Calendar.
Booklogica does not modify or delete any data in OwnerRez.

Notes
- The initial sync after connecting is usually very fast (sometimes under a minute), depending on how many bookings you have in OwnerRez.
- A new booking created manually in OwnerRez typically appears in Google Calendar within 20–45 seconds (typically the booking appears first in unified calendar, followed by -shortly after- in individual per property calendar)
- Deleting events manually in Google Calendar may cause them to be recreated on the next update.
- In Strict Mode, even personal notes inside events may be overwritten.
- Booklogica does not modify or delete bookings inside OwnerRez.
- The focus is on syncing future bookings
- Quotes are not synced, except for the optional temporary block created when you check “Hold these dates…” while creating a quote.
- Once a quote is converted to a booking, it will sync normally.
- If your property list changes or you want to use different calendars, you will need to create a new mapping.
