We’re excited to give you an early look at My Stay, the new OwnerRez Guest Portal. It replaces the previous BUFIXUP guest experience with a modern, checklist-style flow that guides guests through the steps needed to finalize their booking.
With My Stay, guests can more easily:
- Confirm contact information
- Complete custom fields
- Sign rental agreements
- Submit security deposits
- Add or decline travel insurance, when available
You’ll also see a new Requirements section on the Booking Overview that shows whether each booking is Met, Pending, or Not Met. This gives you instant visibility into what your guest has completed and what still requires action.
The same BUFIXUP merge field and booking cleanup links will continue to work, but guests will now land in this improved My Stay experience.
My Stay is scheduled for release on July 1st. This first release lays the foundation for future enhancements, with even more guest portal features planned over time.
