Steps for Integration

Step 1: Create an IntelliHost Account

Fill out the registration form with the following.

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email Address
• Password

Step 2: Navigate to Predictive Pricing

After logging in, you'll be prompted to either put in the link to your Airbnb listing (i.e., https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/1111222223333) or to install our Chrome extension. 

Once you have completed those steps, navigate to the Predictive Pricing page from the sidebar menu. Click the "Click to get started" button to begin the connection flow.Step 3: Connection Flow - Pricing Manager Question

The connection wizard will ask if you use a pricing manager like PriceLabs or Wheelhouse.

• Select Yes if you use a pricing manager (you'll be prompted to connect it)
• Select No to proceed to PMS selection

Step 4: Connection Flow - PMS Question

Next, you'll be asked if you use a Property Management System (PMS).

• Select Yes to proceed to PMS selection
• Select No to explore other connection options (OwnerRez)

Step 5: Select OwnerRez as Your PMS

From the list of supported PMS options, select OwnerRez. After selecting OwnerRez, it will be highlighted. Click Continue to proceed.Step 7: Connect to OwnerRez

Click the Connect to OwnerRez button to initiate the OAuth authorization flow.

You will be redirected to OwnerRez to authorize IntelliHost access to your account. After authorization, you'll be redirected back to IntelliHost with your account connected.

Troubleshooting

Connection Failed

If the OAuth connection fails:
1. Ensure you're logged into the correct OwnerRez account
2. Check that you have admin permissions in OwnerRez
3. Try clearing browser cookies and attempting again
4. Contact support if the issue persists

Data Not Syncing

If property or reservation data isn't appearing:
1. Verify the connection status in your IntelliHost profile
3. Allow up to 5 minutes for initial data sync
4. Contact support if data remains missing

Disconnecting

To disconnect your OwnerRez account:
1. Navigate to your Profile settings
2. Find the PMS Integration section
3. Click "Disconnect" or select a different PMS
