Rest assured, any necessary OwnerRez updates will be in place well ahead of Airbnb's November 20, 2026 policy deadline.
We're also putting the finishing touches on a comprehensive guide that will explain what's changing, how it affects your OwnerRez account, and what steps you may need to take. We expect to release this guide within the next few days, as we're waiting for some of the current product updates to be released so we can include accurate, up-to-date instructions.
In the meantime, there's no need to rush into making changes to your OwnerRez configuration. Airbnb's new policy applies to reservations booked on or after November 20, 2026, so there's still time to prepare. We want to make sure you have the right tools and clear guidance before making any adjustments.
