OwnerRez brings your Rezzy chats, support tickets, and forum posts into a single in-app view on the My Support page, making it easier to find past answers and pick up where you left off.
Hosts can locate My Support by navigating to their Account menu and selecting My Support.
You can also access your My Support page by clicking on the Ask Rezzy/Help ? icon on the top menu, and clicking on the My Support link.
On the My Support page, you can access your Rezzy Conversations, Support Tickets, and Forum Activity all in one place.
