The Name Crosscheck Report cross-references guest names, rental agreements, and transactions to quickly flag discrepancies, confirm identity consistency, and reduce fraud risk across your bookings.
Create your Name Crosscheck report by navigating to Reports > Detail Reports > Name Crosscheck, selecting the following options, and clicking Run Report.
- Properties (Active and/or Disabled)
- Date range
- Property Tags
- Listing Sites
- Group by (e.g., None (default), Property, Listing Site, Month, Owner, Property Status (Active/Disabled), Quarter, Week, Year)
- Period Filter (e.g., Any stay during period, Use arrival date (default), Use departure date, Use booked date)
- Include pending or canceled bookings
